Pushups are one of the most basic yet complete exercises you can do. It works the chest, abs, triceps, shoulders and torso. Its free and all you need is the ground below you.
I believe having a group for support and accountability is important and that's why I started this site.

THE RULES
3 simple rules to pushup club:
1. Do any amount pushups--sets are ok-- for as many consecutive days as possible. 2. You can never do less than you did the day before. 3. Record your push ups everyday before you sleep on pushupclub blog.
